Job Description
Link HR Consultants is on the lookout for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to deliver home nursing services to a patient. This position entails providing either full-time or part-time care within a home environment, ensuring that the patient receives both medical and personal support with respect and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver daily nursing care and companionship
- Monitor and document vital signs
- Administer prescribed medications
- Assist with personal hygiene and mobility
- Support feeding and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Communicate effectively with family regarding patient care
- Maintain thorough documentation of care provided
Requirements: Certified Nursing Diploma, 1–2 years of experience, reliable and capable of working independently.
