Job Description

Link HR Consultants is currently seeking a dedicated full-time, on-site Call Center Manager to join our team in the UAE. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include managing the team and conducting performance analysis to drive results.

We are looking for candidates with strong customer service skills and proven experience in call center management. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role preferred.

Salary ranges from Rs4,00.00 to Rs5,00.00 per month. Applications will be accepted until June 24, 2025.
