Job Description
LESTARS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY, a rapidly expanding tech firm specializing in AI-driven solutions and scalable digital products, is in search of a strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle and collaborating effectively with design, engineering, and marketing teams. Key tasks include conducting user research, defining KPIs for product success, writing specifications, and managing the product backlog.
The successful applicant will possess 4 to 6 years of experience in product management, a strong understanding of agile methodologies, and outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
