Job Description
Leopards Courier Services is seeking a committed Branch Incharge to oversee and enhance branch operations, including sales, recovery, administration, and accounting. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), efficiently address customer complaints, maintain organized filing systems, and lead the team to achieve sales goals and operational key performance indicators (KPIs).
Required Skills: Strong people management abilities, analytical thinking, leadership qualities, proficiency in MS Office, and effective communication skills.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience.
