Job Description
KIPS is actively seeking a qualified Academic/English Counselor (CSS) for a part-time role. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with the CSS exam and possess exceptional English language skills to assist students effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt feedback on student assignments.
- Monitor candidates’ progress and create tailored improvement strategies.
- Guide and mentor students, helping them leverage necessary resources.
- Assign homework based on individual areas for improvement.
- Establish a supportive relationship with students.
Applicants should have an MPhil or Master’s degree in English literature or linguistics, with a minimum of one year of academic counseling experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM, based in Lahore, with a starting salary of Rs35,00.00 per month.
