Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Female HR Assistant with practical experience in SAP Business One (SAP B1) to join our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations, maintaining employee records, and enhancing HR processes through SAP B1.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records within SAP B1.
- Assist with recruitment efforts.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage attendance tracking and leave administration.
- Assist in payroll preparation and processing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Familiarity with HR databases and HRIS systems.
