Job Description
K.H. FAMA Textile Processing Pvt. Ltd. is on the lookout for a professional and personable Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will manage front desk activities while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, directing them appropriately.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Provide accurate information in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and inventory of office supplies.
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month
