Job Description
Fintax Advisory Accounting & Bookkeeping LLC is seeking a full-time, on-site Accounts Assistant/Customer Service Representative (CSR). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting tasks while delivering outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain client accounting and financial records.
- Assist in audit processes for accurate reporting.
- Promote our services to potential clients.
- Respond to client inquiries through phone and email.
- Generate leads and develop them into lasting client relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Familiarity with accounting software.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Preference will be given to female candidates.
