Job Description
Trillium Information Security Systems is seeking a dedicated Calling Representative. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls with a focus on professionalism. You will engage with clients and customers, effectively addressing their inquiries.
Your key responsibilities will include following up on leads, maintaining accurate call logs, assisting with appointment scheduling, and providing essential information about our services and products. Maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor in all interactions is crucial.
We invite applicants holding a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales, ranging from fresh graduates to those with up to one year of customer service or telemarketing experience. This full-time, on-site position offers a competitive salary of Rs45,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month.
