Hot N Spicy Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated and personable Guest Relations Officer to enhance our team. In this crucial role, your responsibilities will include:
- Warmly greeting and welcoming guests upon their arrival.
- Assisting guests with their reservations and accommodating special requests.
- Professionally managing inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Coordinating effectively with the service and kitchen teams.
