Job Description
LOKAL Ventures (Pvt.) Ltd is on the lookout for an experienced Customer Support Team Lead to oversee, support, and train our Customer Support Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking and analyzing KPIs, creating weekly schedules, ensuring quality standards are met, and enhancing existing systems for improved performance. A comprehensive understanding of our products and services is critical.
Applicants should have a minimum Bachelor’s degree, at least one year of experience in a junior managerial role within customer support, or 3-4 years of experience in Operations. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, are essential.
This is a full-time position offering a salary range of Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month. Applications will be accepted until March 30, 2025, with a target start date of April 7, 2025.
