Job Description

Join Kay Tronix Call Centre as a Customer Support Representative! We are looking for motivated individuals who can work night shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM, onsite.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Xfinity inbound call sales campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in computer applications and able to navigate multiple systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve billing issues.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems with internet, TV, and phone services.
  • Educate customers about products, services, and promotions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
