Job Description
We are currently seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team at Crossnotch Private Limited. As an SB Agent, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, focusing on qualifying and engaging interested customers.
Compensation:
- QA Approved Transfer-Based Earnings
- Retention Bonuses based on working hours
Shift Timings: 7:30pm-5:30am (with breaks)
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with the latest Windows version 10
- Good Quality Headset
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)
