Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Limited is seeking a dedicated Agriculture Center InCharge to lead our initiatives in promoting sustainable farming practices. This full-time position involves supervising staff, developing training programs for farmers, providing technical support, and engaging with the community.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and mentoring agronomists and support staff.
- Designing agricultural training workshops.
- Providing expert advice on crop and livestock management.
- Assessing program effectiveness and preparing reports.
- Managing the center’s budget and resources.
Salary: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience as an Agriculture Center InCharge (Female) required.
