Job Description
Focus IT Services Pvt Ltd is seeking experienced Customer Service Specialists to represent our brand. You will analyze customer needs and provide support, ensuring satisfaction while processing orders and resolving inquiries.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with UK-based firms is highly desirable.
- Background in the Homeware industry is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in G Suite and Microsoft Excel/Sheets.
Timings: 1pm to 09:45pm
