Job Description
Smart Placement is seeking a motivated Fresh Call Center Agent to manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. As a Call Center Agent, your responsibilities will include following communication scripts when addressing various topics and identifying customers’ needs. You will provide detailed information, research issues, and offer effective solutions or alternatives.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to upsell products whenever relevant and work toward building sustainable relationships with our customers.
