Smart Brains Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our ACA campaign for a renowned telecommunications company.

Base Salary: Up to 100k plus bonuses

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of agents.
• Provide coaching and training to enhance performance.
• Ensure campaign goals are met.

Requirements:

• 6 months in a leadership role within BPO/Call Center.
• Strong team building and coaching skills.
• Experience with ACA or US-based campaigns.
