Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Team Lead for our newly established Medical Billing campaign at The Firme. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client acquisition, team management, training, and achieving sales targets in the Medical Billing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Business Development team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients.
- Train and monitor team performance.
- Conduct cold calling and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a BD or Team Lead in Medical Billing.
- Strong expertise in cold calling and client onboarding.
