Job Description
Join us at White’s Castle as a Restaurant Manager! In this role, you will oversee the entire restaurant operation ensuring smooth day-to-day activities while delivering superior guest services.
Your responsibilities include managing staff, planning menus, developing loyalty programs, and implementing marketing strategies. You will also handle budget planning, P&L forecasting, and inventory management.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and have experience in multinational brands within the restaurant field (2 years preferred). A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
