Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage property listings and keep them updated.
- Coordinate with clients and qualify potential buyers.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and property viewings.
- Assist in daily administrative tasks.
- Support the team in achieving objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience as a virtual assistant, preferably in real estate.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with real estate marketing portals.
- Dubai real estate experience is a priority.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
