Job Description
VIVE TECH SOLUTIONS T/A VIVE PRINTING LTD is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat for US-based clients.
- Provide accurate information about products/services and address customer concerns.
- Process orders and document customer interactions through our system.
- Handle complaints and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with troubleshooting and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
Experience: 1 year in packaging required.
Work Location: In person
