Job Description

ITLOGI LTD is seeking an experienced Taxi and Minicab Dispatcher/Controller who can efficiently manage inbound bookings and drivers.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls for taxi bookings
• Input bookings into the dispatch system
• Allocate bookings to drivers
• Provide customers with real-time ETAs
• Guide drivers on routes

Requirements: Previous UK taxi cab experience, knowledge of UK streets, and strong customer service skills.

Shift: Rotational, 9 Hours, 6 Days a week

Salary: From 40,00 PKR/month
