Job Description
A leading telecommunications company is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls
- Addressing customer inquiries
- Managing customer complaints
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, preferably in UK-based campaigns
- Salary: ₹45,00 including incentives up to ₹15,00
