Job Description
Reall Time is hiring for its Customer Service Department! We are seeking motivated individuals with strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, Live Chat, or social media.
- Greet customers warmly and understand the reason for their calls.
- Assist with orders, refunds, exchanges, and account changes.
This full-time position requires the ability to work night shifts and overtime if needed. Starting pay ranges from Rs50,00.00 to Rs80,00.00 per month. Candidates with some Call Center experience will be prioritized.
