Job Description
Sanabel Ventures is seeking a dedicated Program Support Specialist to join our team during US business hours. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in medical billing, with a preference for those with pharmacy experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee follow-up processes with insurance companies to resolve denied or pending claims.
- Manage and mentor a team of 15-20 members.
- Analyze denial trends and collaborate on corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
- Strong expertise in resolving denied claims and insurance discrepancies.
