Job Description
Secure Logistics Group is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing time effectively while assisting with various executive tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive’s calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Make travel arrangements, including hotels and itineraries.
- Manage expense reports.
- Assist in strategic planning and decision-making.
- Oversee special projects and external relations.
- Represent the executive’s voice in communications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
