Job Description
Asupremux is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) based in Lahore. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. We’re looking for candidates with strong communication skills, proficiency in English, and a customer-focused attitude.
Requirements: Reside in or near Behria Town Lahore, Completed at least 12th Grade/Intermediate, Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage data in our CRM system. Experience is a plus but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
