Job Description
Faisal Movers Bus Service is seeking a dedicated IT Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to technical assistance requests both via phone and our electronic ticketing system. This role requires the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues effectively.
The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting connectivity problems and managing outages related to cameras and the internet. Additionally, adherence to standard help desk procedures, including logging interactions and administering help desk software, is essential.
