Job Description
Zeta Technologies is seeking dedicated individuals to join our MTO Network Operations (SMS & VOIP) team. This role is crucial for providing 24/7 Network Management System support, managing tickets, and communicating effectively with Global Telecom client NOCs and Messaging Business Units.
Key responsibilities include provisioning, troubleshooting Level 2 issues, and managing communication through multiple channels. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Electrical/Telecom Engineering or related fields and be able to work in shift operations.
