Job Description
Full-time, in-person role at Askari Corporate Tower, Gulberg, Lahore. Mon–Sat 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. Handle inquiries by phone, email, chat, and social media; resolve complaints; record interactions; follow policies; escalate complex issues; meet performance targets. Requirements: high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), prior customer service experience preferred, excellent English, basic CRM/computer skills, multitasking and calm under pressure. Salary Rs30,00–50,00/month.
