Job Description

Daraz (Alibaba) seeks a Regional Program Manager to lead KOL and affiliate programs in Karachi, Pakistan. Manage and expand the KOL affiliate network; develop partnerships; onboard, negotiate and coordinate local KOLs; monitor campaign performance and analyze data to optimize results; collaborate with marketing, sales and product teams to drive visibility and sales. Requires Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business, 7+ years in affiliate/KOL marketing (e-commerce preferred), proven program success, and strong networking, negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
