Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Online Sales Executive for our wholesale garments business to manage and grow online sales through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and generate sales through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other online channels
• Deal with buyers in a professional and timely manner
• Share product images, descriptions, prices, and availability with customers
• Book orders, follow up with clients, and coordinate deliveries
• Identify and develop new wholesale customers
• Maintain proper records of sales and customer data

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate qualification (education in sales/garments will be a plus)
• Prior experience in online sales or the garments industry is preferred
• Good communication skills in English and Urdu
• Hands-on knowledge of WhatsApp Business and social media platforms
• Ability to achieve sales targets

Salary + commission (based on experience and performance)
