Job Description

Digitizing Company (USA-based) is hiring Call Agents with 6–12 months of customer service or sales experience (freshers may apply). Night-shift, in-person, full-time role (Sat–Sun off). Responsibilities: handle inbound/outbound international calls, resolve inquiries, upsell products, maintain records, and collaborate to improve performance. Requirements: strong spoken and written English, shift flexibility, goal-oriented mindset; education Matriculation–Master. Compensation: basic salary + commission + performance bonuses (Rs35,00–45,00/month). Position is permanent; male candidates preferred.
