Job Description
Scalease is hiring an Appointment Setter to place outbound calls, qualify leads, book appointments, handle objections professionally, update the CRM, and follow up with prospects. Applicants should have 1–2 years of cold-calling or telemarketing experience, strong spoken and written English, and familiarity with CRM/dialer tools is a plus. This full-time, in-person position operates 8:00 PM–5:00 AM (PKT), Monday–Friday. Salary range: Rs 40,00–70,00 (advertised Rs 45,00–70,00). Transportation support is available for female employees. Candidates must be able to work on-site.
