Job Description

Gulmohar City is seeking motivated, target-driven Female Sales Executives for a full-time, in-person role in Karachi. Candidates will manage high-volume outbound calling (70+ connected calls/day), qualify and follow up leads, present project features, explain pricing and payment plans, convert inquiries into site visits and bookings, and maintain accurate call and lead records to achieve daily and monthly KPIs.

• Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s preferred
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in real estate sales; telesales/call center experience a plus
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, discipline, and ability to perform in a fast-paced sales environment

Competitive basic salary with attractive commissions and performance-based incentives. Salary range: Rs70,00–Rs100,00/month.
