Job Description
I Tech is seeking professional female Call Center Agents for an on-site UK outbound campaign in Barkat Market, Lahore. Full-time, Mon–Fri, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM (Sunday off). Salary PKR 30,00–35,00 plus monthly incentives. Fresh graduates are welcome; paid training provided.
Responsibilities:
- Place professional outbound calls to UK customers and communicate in clear spoken English.
- Address queries and objections courteously and maintain accurate records.
- Follow up leads and consistently meet monthly targets.
