Job Description
My Digital People is seeking a full-time Customer Support Officer to act as the primary point of contact via phone, email, and live chat. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases, and maintaining accurate records.
- Requirements: British accent; customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication, excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus; must be available to work on-site during UK hours.
Compensation: Rs50,00–Rs90,00 per month, with competitive salary, annual incentives, and a supportive work-life balance.
