Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Provider Credentialing Specialist to manage provider enrollment and credentialing processes. The role includes verifying licensure and certifications, performing primary source verifications, submitting and tracking credentialing applications (CAQH, Medicare/Medicaid, commercial payers), maintaining accurate credentialing files, and ensuring compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and proficiency with credentialing systems and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 1–3 years in healthcare credentialing or provider enrollment preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
