Job Description
The Citizens Foundation is seeking an Outreach Associate to manage donor relationships by phone and email, maintain and update donor records in Salesforce, coordinate with teams across portfolios, and refer inquiries to appropriate departments to support fundraising targets.
- Responsibilities: handle high call volumes, learn and follow scripts, update donor databases, and contribute to meeting fundraising goals.
- Qualifications: bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum 2 years relevant experience; strong communication, active listening, problem-solving skills, and excellent attention to detail.
- Role: full-time, in-person. Applicants will be asked for current and expected salary.
