Job Description
Abbott Laboratories’ Established Pharmaceutical Division seeks a Production Supervisor to manage OSD finishing operations at the Landhi Plant. You will ensure daily output targets, production scheduling, accurate batch documentation, equipment logs, housekeeping, and supervision of the finishing workforce.
- Drive continuous improvement to reduce scrap and rework, and increase yields; compile OEE/IOE data.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, local regulations, EHS and company policies; support KPI measurement and root-cause analysis.
- Perform daily balance and check‑weigher standardization.
Qualifications: Science graduate (Pharm.D preferred); fresh candidates or 1–2 years’ related experience; proficient in MS Office; strong teamwork and problem‑solving skills.
