Job Description
AcclivousByte seeks a motivated Call Center Sales Representative to convert qualified leads into closed sales. This full-time, in-person role requires handling inbound and outbound calls, following up on marketing leads, presenting product offerings, addressing objections, negotiating terms, and accurately recording activities in the CRM.
- Requirements: proven sales or telemarketing experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, target-oriented mindset, fluent English, and basic computer/CRM proficiency.
- Preferred: experience closing high-ticket or B2B deals.
- Compensation: competitive salary starting at Rs80,00/month plus attractive commissions, performance incentives, and advancement opportunities within the company.
