Job Description
NICON Group of Colleges invites applications for a full-time Student Counselor in Rawalpindi. A Bachelor’s degree is required; two years’ experience in counseling, social work, or education is preferred. Salary: Rs35,00–Rs40,00 per month.
Responsibilities include:
- Individual and group counseling; academic support
- Crisis intervention and conflict resolution
- Program development and student awareness initiatives
- Collaboration with parents and faculty; accurate record keeping
Required skills: strong interpersonal and communication abilities, active listening and empathy, strict confidentiality and professional ethics, time management, organization, and demonstrated program implementation competence. This is an in-person position; candidates with prior student counseling experience are preferred.
