Job Description
Eqvnox Communications seeks a full-time Senior Customer Service Representative based in Rawalpindi or Islamabad. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience managing customer service functions across organizations, excellent English communication, and strong presentation skills for Zoom meetings.
- Prepare and present materials for online meetings
- Respond promptly to emails and meet tight deadlines
- Attend occasional in-person meetings
Reliable computer skills and a stable internet connection are mandatory; please do not apply if you cannot meet these requirements. This is an in-person role. Salary: Rs30,00–40,00 per month.
