Job Description
We seek a formal, experienced Climate Resilience Consultant to support planning, assessment, and implementation of adaptation strategies for public and private clients. The role emphasizes climate risk analysis, stakeholder engagement, and integration of nature‑based and engineered solutions.
- Lead vulnerability assessments, hazard modeling, and development of resilience plans.
- Prepare technical reports, advise on policy and funding opportunities, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Engage stakeholders to ensure practical, context‑sensitive adaptation measures.
Requirements: degree in environmental science, engineering, or related field; minimum 3 years’ experience in climate adaptation; strong data analysis and GIS skills; excellent communication and project management abilities. Preferred: experience with donor‑funded programs and familiarity with local regulations.
