Job Description
We are seeking a Senior AI Agent Engineer to design, build, and deploy advanced conversational and autonomous agent systems. You will lead architecture and implementation of agent frameworks, develop reinforcement learning and planning pipelines, integrate large language and multimodal models, tune inference and system performance, and mentor engineers to deliver production-ready solutions.
- Requirements: 5+ years in AI/ML engineering; strong Python; expertise in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience with LLMs, reinforcement learning or planning, scalable system design, cloud deployment (AWS/GCP), and MLOps.
- Excellent communication skills and a product-focused mindset.
