Job Description
We seek a qualified Examination Cell Coordinator with a Master’s degree (HEC-recognized) and a minimum of 12 years’ experience managing UG/PG programs and examinations at the university level. The role oversees the Examination Cell, organizes Mid- and End-Semester and PhD qualifying exams, prepares and secures approval of results, enforces examination SOPs, maintains student records, manages thesis workflows via the Thesis Management System, assigns invigilation, handles academic and disciplinary cases, and coordinates with the main office and accounts.
- Required skills: strong organizational and administrative abilities, excellent written/oral communication, integrity, leadership, ERP/examination software proficiency, and ability to meet deadlines.
