Job Description
Compass Training and Consultancy seeks an experienced in-person Customer Support Representative based at Arfa Karim Towers (2:00 PM–11:00 PM). Compensation: up to Rs 200,00/month.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via live chat, phone, and email.
- Manage orders, returns, and product inquiries; conduct outbound follow-ups.
- Log interactions in CRM and escalate unresolved issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 4 years e-commerce customer service experience with international customers (UK, US).
- Fluent written and spoken English; proficient with computers and multi-channel support.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering a 5-star customer experience. Full-time position in a collaborative environment.
