Job Description
Factra is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to assist customers via live chat, email, and occasional phone calls. Responsibilities include providing product and order information, troubleshooting issues, escalating complex cases, and documenting recurring problems.
- Qualifications: excellent written and spoken English, experience with chat platforms (Zendesk, Intercom, Tawk, or similar), calm multitasking ability, and a customer-first mindset.
- Remote-ready applicants must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Preferred: eCommerce or SaaS support experience and basic order management knowledge.
- Shift: 2:00 PM–11:30 PM PST (9:00 AM–5:30 PM UK). Location: In person — Lahore Gulberg Colony (must commute or relocate). Salary from Rs50,00/month.
