Job Description
Lead a retail pharmacy branch, overseeing daily operations, staff supervision, inventory control, regulatory compliance, and exemplary patient care. Supervise pharmacists and technicians, manage schedules, train personnel, implement standard operating procedures, and ensure prescription accuracy. Monitor inventory levels, vendor relationships, and loss-prevention efforts while optimizing financial performance, budgets, and sales targets. Maintain compliance with federal and state pharmacy laws, safety standards, and quality-assurance protocols.
- Requirements: active pharmacist license, 3+ years of pharmacy experience, proven leadership, strong communication skills, and familiarity with pharmacy management systems.
