Job Description
Ali Enterprise LLC is seeking professional, customer-focused female candidates for a full-time, in-person Night Shift Call Center Agent role. Schedule: Mon–Fri 9:00 PM–6:00 AM; Sat 10:00 PM–5:00 AM. Compensation: Rs50,00–Rs75,00 per month.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls promptly and courteously.
- Resolve inquiries, document interactions accurately, and adhere to provided scripts.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and meet performance targets.
